Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spray 4 ramekins with Pam( or butter them) place on a cookie sheet
Melt the chocolate and whisk until fully melted.
Stir in the sugar until well blended. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks , one at a time , until well mixed. Stir flour in gently, until well combined.
Divide between ramekins.
Bake 13-14 minutes until sides are firm and center is soft. let it stand 1 minute. Combine whipping cream with sugar.
Invert cakes on a dish and top with whipped cream and serve with vanilla ice-cream.
